Amoré by the Sea is only 20 minutes from the hustle and bustle of downtown, but the peacefulness of the area is always noticed by visitors. The rustic westcoast beaches in the area, starting with Albert Head Beach at Amoré's front door, are pristine and unspoiled.

    There's lots to see and do close to Amoré besides the beautiful beaches. Hatley Castle, at Royal Roads University, is just a few minutes away. The extraordinary botanical gardens surrounding the castle are free to visit and enjoy. As well, picturesque Fisgard Lighthouse is within 5 min. of Amoré. It is the oldest lighthouse on the west coast of Canada.
