   Tsawwassen Terminal, south of Vancouver and 25 minutes from Vancouver Airport, has ferries that run to Swartz Bay (40 min from Victoria).

   Horseshoe Bay Terminal near Whistler, north of Vancouver, has ferries that run to Nanaimo, 1.5 hours north of Victoria.

   Both have sailings throughout the day - mostly hourly in the summer months and every odd hour in the winter months (check with BC Ferries for schedules). Both are car ferries with a crossing time of 1.5 hours. Reservations are recommended in summer and on holiday weekends.
