Vancouver Island's rugged westcoast beaches are a wonderful excursion year-round. Strewn with driftwood and home to many animals such as otter, seals and birds; beachcombing adventures are never boring!

    The many beaches available start with Albert Head Beach, at Amoré's doorstep. Many guests enjoy early morning strolls right "out front". Other nearby beaches include Witty's Lagoon and Beach, Taylor Beach, Devonian Park, and East Sooke Park. Many of these beaches offer hiking trails either down to the beach or along the ocean - sometimes for miles.
